Basic Scope & Primary Objectives

We are seeking an exceptional digital marketer who is both strategic and with strong hands-on experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously in a busy environment.

Taking an innovative and yet data-driven approach, you will devise and execute a variety of campaigns to promote THE solutions to universities, governments, and corporate clients. This role will particularly suit someone who is confident and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to our website and convert visitors into leads
  • Write engaging adcopy for web landing pages, email campaigns, social media and other marketing collaterals
  • Report on campaign results and make suggestions for improvements based on sound data analysis
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Product and Marketing teams on the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Product team to create and optimise landing pages for ever-improving conversion rates
  • Assist Head of Digital Marketing – Academic with the management of customer data and audience segmentation
  • Support Commercial team with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for our institution and corporate partners Provide support for the wider
  • Marketing and Sales teams when required

Person Specification

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Expert-level email marketing skill, including template creation, audience segmentation, targeting, automation and reporting
  • Advanced web analytics (Google Analytics essential)
  • Working knowledge of audience tracking and campaign tagging
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skill
  • Good command of HTML & CSS
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Image editing (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Desirable Skills/Qualifications  

  • Proficiency in a multi-channel marketing cloud (such as Acoustic, Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Good understanding of a Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce or similar)
  • Data visualisation with Google Data Studio, Power BI or similar
  • Working knowledge of a content management system (such as Drupal or WordPress)


  • At least 2 years of experience working in digital marketing role (essential)
  • Extensive experience in email marketing (essential)
  • Extensive experience in copywriting for web content and digital campaigns (essential)
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders (essential)
  • Experience in B2B lead generation (desirable)
  • Experience in marketing automation (desirable)
